• Discussions with the owner took place in a very pleasant spirit. We went through my apartment renovation plans in detail, I received several good tips for adjustments, and it was clear I was dealing with a professional who knows what he is talking about. I have so far renovated three apartments with Roďan rekonstrukce and everything went superbly, from communication through to execution. Throughout, I could consult on progress at any time and have requested changes incorporated immediately. I will turn to this company again whenever the need arises. The owner also recommended a reliable and skilled architect and joiner. For illustration I am attaching a few before-and-after photos.

• As a homeowners’ association we renovated a large Vinohrady tenement house with Roďan, with everything such an undertaking involves. The company brilliantly reconciled our need for a complete renovation, including utilities and wiring, with a relatively tight budget, and also dealt with the demands of the heritage authorities and the unexpected hidden problems the original builders had left in the walls. The managing director, the site manager and in fact everyone we were in contact with during the works were pleasant professionals who understand their trade and were able to come up with solutions on the fly that we would never have thought of ourselves. We unreservedly recommend the company.

• We carried out a complete renovation of a terraced family house. Working with Mr Roďan’s construction company and his team was excellent from the very first meeting. Mr Roďan won us over with his professional approach, the solutions he proposed and his recommendations of suppliers for fixtures and materials. The goal was always to find the solution that suited us best. We appreciate his openness and willingness to discuss the scope of work, the pros and cons of each option and the most suitable materials. During the build we decided on several changes to the original design, and here too there was a willingness to discuss and then implement them as we envisaged. What we agreed on always held, including deadlines and price. To sum up in three words why we would recommend Mr Roďan: quality, reliability and fairness.

• I have worked with Roďan for a long time. Larger jobs such as repairing the common areas of a tenement house or restoring a facade are the kind of work I entrust to them. Dealing with Mr Roďan has always been easy; I can rely on him, he has a great eye for detail and respect for the original architectural style. The result is always perfect.

• Out of several quotes for a barrier-free renovation of a bathroom and toilet, I chose Roďan. Positive references and a reasonable price decided it. Fair dealings, expert advice, precise turnkey delivery. Everything went to my complete satisfaction.

• As part of converting a 1990s brick holiday house for permanent living, RODAN insulated the attic with a non-standard build-up designed by the architect, added to the ceiling framework on the ground floor, laid OSB flooring on it, and tied in and finished the walls, plasterboard and floors. Several years on, everything is still 100%. I also appreciate the quick dealings without any hidden extras. Value for money compared with the other contractors involved in the renovation: excellent, and the quality was clearly TOP.

• Roďan did a complete reconstruction of our flat and did a wonderful job. The 80+ year old wood panel floors looked brand new after they were refurbished. They also had to break down an internal wall to make two new rooms. It was a big job. The owner himself visited regularly to supervise the work and made sure everything was done according to our wishes. I highly recommend him.
