Complete renovation of the common areas, including restoration of the granite staircase and terrazzo, new tiling on the landings, new building electrical wiring including lighting, Venetian plaster, stucco plastering and painting. The works also included a complete repair of the courtyard facade.

Complete revitalisation of the building’s interior, including gas and electrical risers with meter cabinets and house lighting, replacement of the entrance and balcony doors with replicas, repairs to the light well, conversion of the cellar areas with new steel storage cages, stucco plastering and painting. The entire courtyard and the courtyard facade were renovated as well.
